McDonald’s restaurants will serve Free Thank You Meals to First Responders and Healthcare Workers daily from April 22 through May 5, 2020. Breakfast and lunch/dinner meals have different set of products. Morning meals, for instance, include Egg McMuffin, Chicken McGriddles, Hash Browns and a Soft Drink, Tea or Coffee. Show your work badge at participating Drive-Thrus or Front Counters. Limited to one per customer per day.
